INDIVIDUAL SUITE / BOX RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

In these Terms & Conditions, “FPC” means FPC Live, LLC and “Event” shall mean the event, exhibition or show printed on this ticket. “Venue” shall mean the venue where the Event takes place. “Suite or Box” shall mean the Suite or Rock Box at the Venue.

Tickets to this Event are issued on behalf of FPC. FPC grants, upon the following terms and conditions set forth herein, the exclusive privilege to use the Suite or Box for viewing during the Event and for the period immediately before and after such Event when the Venue is open to all ticket holders.

 

  1. In addition to the ticket price, your order may require payment of additional fees which may apply to the Event, including but not limited to sales tax. Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase. Tickets cannot be resold for commercial gain. If FPC has reason to believe that tickets have been re-sold, they will be invalidated, and the Ticket Holder will be refused admission. Defaced or altered tickets will become void and the Ticket Holder will be refused admission.
  2. The Ticket Holder or Ticket Holder’s guests', or invitees' use of the Suite or Box shall be subject to all terms and conditions herein and all applicable federal, state, and municipal laws, including any other applicable health or safety standards, including those regarding Covid-19 and all rules and regulations adopted by FPC with respect to the use of the Suite or Box in the Venue and with attendance of events at the Venue in general, which may be established, modified, supplemented, or amended from time to time by FPC in its sole discretion without necessity of prior notice to Ticket Holder. If during any Event, the Ticket Holder or any of the Ticket Holder’s invitee or guest fails to abide by such provisions, terms, covenants, laws, and adopted rules and regulations, FPC, in its sole judgment, may eject from the Suite or Box and the Venue any such Ticket Holder or Ticket Holder’s guest or

The Ticket Holder shall keep and maintain the Suite or Box in good repair, order and condition, and shall reimburse FPC for costs incurred to repair any damage, except for normal wear and tear, caused by the Ticket Holder, its invitees or guests, to the Suite or Box or the property of FPC If such damage is the result of the negligence or willful misconduct of Ticket Holder, its guests or invitees, FPC will invoice the Ticket Holder for the actual and documented cost of such damage repair, and the Ticket Holder agrees to make payment of the invoice within seven (7) days of receipt.
  4. In the event of any damage to the Suite or Box or the Venue which renders the Suite or Box or the Venue unusable and if such damage is the result of a cause beyond the control of the Ticket Holder, its guests or invitees, FPC may, at its option, either repair or restore the Suite or Box or the Venue or terminate this In such case, FPC May offer the Ticket Holder the option to transfer the tickets to a future event or a refund on the tickets.
  5. FPC, its officers, agents, employees, licensees and representatives shall be entitled to have access to the Suite or Box on such occasions and to such extent as FPC, in its sole and absolute discretion, shall deem necessary or appropriate for the inspection of the Suite or Box and/or the proper performance of the duties and obligations required or contemplated to be performed by FPC
  6. FPC shall not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage to personal property brought to the Event. FPC shall not be liable or responsible for any loss, damage or injury to any person or property however caused unless due to the negligence or willful misconduct of FPC, its employees or agents.
  7. In the event that more than one individual or entity share the use of the Suite or Box, each Ticketholder shall be jointly and severally liable for all costs, payments, obligations and responsibilities of the Ticketholder hereunder. FPC shall have no obligation to allocate use of the Suite or Box amongst such individuals or entities, which shall be the sole responsibility of such individuals or entities.
  8. The relevant state law will apply to these Terms and Conditions and the relevant courts of the Venue’s location will have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to the Terms and Conditions.
  9. If the Event is rescheduled or moved, FPC will give the Ticket Holder the options of either retaining or exchanging your tickets for the new date/location. If the Event is cancelled, you may be offered the option to transfer your ticket to a future event or a refund on your tickets. Please note that any Transaction Fees are not refundable in these circumstances.
  10. If the Event is rescheduled, changed, moved or cancelled FPC cannot be held responsible for any resulting costs the Ticket Holder may incur for travel, accommodation and other related goods, services or compensation.
